Great bartenders, delicious food and always a nice variety of beers on tap. I really like how they offer a wide variety of entertainment...open mic, karaoke, trivia, live bands.

Good underground vibe needs more quality networking events and promotional materials and or promoters.

This place has been around forever, my father and his brother went here. Gotta love the charm and the pizza next door is delicious. Great beers on tap not just some old as everywhere else. Probably best bar in downtown Trenton Live music all the time.

I travel regularly on business to the Trenton area and I always hit the Mill Hill Saloon once or twice during my stay. All the staff and patrons are super friendly. This place is my pub home away from home, I can sit at the bar and always find someone to have a conversation with. The service is excellent and so is the food. About my only complaint is that there is no cook Sunday or Monday nights so those are evenings I find another place to go

Restaurant, bar and live music venue. OK food, good prices and specials. Located on Broad St. lots of foot traffic, street parking only. (Can be challenging) Large draft beer selection. Live music of varying genres and game/film events that happen any day of the week. Friendly well seasoned attentive staff.

A real local with good food. Kitchen is usually open til 9 or so. If they're busy, even later.

Decent beer selection, the bartender leaves you alone but notices when your pint is empty. The food is good and reasonably priced. Lots of state government workers stop by at lunch time. Punk music in the basement from time to time.

Bar has been completely remodeled! Nice new hard wood floors, new tables, new bar stools etc. The food is still amazing! The basement bar is open nightly and hosts a variety of live entertainment!

Want to get wastey? This is where you get wastey. The food upstairs is eh. Its reasonably passable barfood. Street parking is garbage but thats not their fault. The downstairs barstaff is the best. Upstairs is hit or miss, especially depending on time of day. Lots of fun events.

The city of Trenton is among if not the most impoverished State Capital in the US. With just 80.000 inhabitants, most below the poverty level there aren't much places to go in the evenings, the Milll Hill Saloon is one of just a handful.in absence of an Artist- or Entertainment Quarter this bar serves as Gallery, life music stage, restaurant and hangout spot. The beer selection is excellent, changing craft beers on tap and the food is better than most Jersey diners. You find changing life music, mini exhibitions and a friendly crowd. The basement is famous for its rowdy events, the last refuge for the dwindling Punk Rock Scene in the greater Tri-State Area. I stick with the upstairs, enjoy great beer and great people.

No air conditioning and an outdated bar really drags this place down. The drinks are fairly cheap with a wide selection of craft brews on tap, and the dining area presents fairly well. Bartender is a cool, old school guy. It's not a place I would make a special trip for, but when I'm close by and looking for something casual, there's no doubt in my mind where I'm going

A quintessential local joint. The food is better than you might expect, and the service is always friendly. If you're in the area, by all means check in.
